We can produce prototype to production long runs made out of virtually any steel, aluminum, brass, light alloys and plastics at the highest quality standards and with a quick turnaround.
We also machine parts from carbon and alloy steel, copper base alloys, refractory metals, and castings. We are capable of 3D reverse engineering and contract precision measuring CMM inspection to AS and ISO and other requirements. We have an excellent relationship with top area businesses specializing in Wire EDM, Stereo Lithography, Grinding, Production Sawing, Plating, Anodizing, Heat treating and a lot of other pre or post machining processes. Many of our parts and assemblies go into wafer handling equipment, aerospace, medical equipment, computers, marine equipment, food processing equipment, mining equipment, fastener tools and wood product equipment.
